We gather multiple times each week to worship, learn, and pray together. All services are held at 141 – 622 Dundas Street, Woodstock, Ontario.

We know that visiting a new church for the first time can feel uncertain. At St. John's, we want your experience to be warm, easy, and genuinely welcoming from the moment you arrive.
In a world that feels increasingly unstable, this sermon series explores what it means to live with steadfast faith. Drawing from the Psalms and the letters of Paul, we examine how the ancient wisdom of Scripture speaks directly into the anxieties, uncertainties, and longings of modern life.
Each week builds on the last, exploring themes of trust, lament, hope, resilience, and the character of God as a firm foundation when everything around us shifts. This series is designed for long-time believers and spiritual seekers alike.
April 6 — June 29, 2025
St. John's practices the Christian sacraments of Baptism and the Lord's Supper (Communion), which are celebrated as visible signs of God's grace and our shared life in Christ. Communion is offered on the first Sunday of each month during both morning services.
Baptism — both infant baptism and the baptism of those making a profession of faith — is offered throughout the year. We invite anyone interested in baptism to speak with one of our pastors.
Our worship draws from both classical Christian traditions and contemporary expressions of faith, creating services that are rooted in Scripture, enriched by history, and alive to the present moment. We believe that the best worship is both timeless and timely.
"God is spirit, and his worshippers must worship in the Spirit and in truth."— John 4:24 (NIV)
We would be honoured to welcome you this Sunday. Whether you are coming for the first time or returning after a long absence, you will find open arms and an open door at St. John's Church Woodstock.
